骨料含水量的差异对于粉煤灰再生混凝土性能的影响

摘　　要：采用静水天平研究再生粗骨料的吸水情况,然后分别使用3种不同含水量(相较于饱和吸水量的0%、50%、100%)的再生粗骨料来制备再生混凝土,研究其坍落度、抗压强度和拉压比的变化。结果发现:再生粗骨料在前5 min其吸水速率较快,20 s就已经达到了饱和吸水量的21.2%,5 min时达到了48.9%;再生粗骨料的含水量为0%时,其坍落度最大,并且其拉压比最大,表明抗裂性能和延性最好;相对于另外2个含水量,含水量为50%的再生粗骨料的制备的再生混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度最大,拉压比仅次于含水量为0%的再生粗骨料。综合实验结果,当再生粗骨料的吸水量为50%时,相较于其他含水量,其制备的粉煤灰再生混凝土性能最优。Hydrostatic balance was used to study the water absorption of reclaimed coarse aggregate,and then three kinds of recycled coarse aggregate with different water content(0%,50%and 100%of saturated water absorption)were respectively used to prepare recycled concrete.The changes of slump,compressive strength and tension-compression ratio were studied.The results showed that the water absorption rate of recycled coarse aggregate is fast in the first 5 min,and reaches 21.2%of saturated water absorption at 5 min.When the water content of recycled coarse aggregate is 0%,its slump and tension-pressure ratio are the largest,which indicates that the crack resistance and ductility are best.The recycled coarse aggregate with 50%water content has the highest compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete,and its tension-compression ratio is slightly smaller than that of recycled coarse aggregate with 0%water content.The comprehensive experimental results show that when the water absorption of recycled coarse aggregate is 50%,compared with other water content,the performance of fly ash recycled concrete prepared is best.
