摘　　要：《粮食流通管理条例》制定于2004年,2013年和2016年分别对部分条款进行修订,国务院第121次常务会议再次修订通过《粮食流通管理条例》,2021年4月15日起施行。文章阐述了《粮食流通管理条例》修订的时代背景及主要特点,并提出了落实推进的举措,以期为提升中国粮食流通法治水平提供参考。The grain circulation management regulation was promulgated in 2004 and has been amended twice before,in 2013 and 2016,and the 121st Executive Meeting of the State Council once again revised and adopted the Regulations on the administration of Grain Circulation,which will take effect from April 15 of the 2021.This paper expounds the background and main characteristics of the revision of the regulations,and puts forward some measures to promote the implementation of the regulations,so as to provide reference for enhancing the level of the rule of law in grain circulation in China.
