预处理方式对高效液相色谱法测定稻谷中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的影响

摘　　要：分别使用精米机和砻谷机对稻谷进行预处理,采用高效液相色谱法测定处理后稻谷中的黄曲霉毒素B_(1),比较2种处理方式对黄曲霉毒素B_(1)检测结果的影响。结果表明:经过精米机处理后的稻谷黄曲霉毒素B_(1)含量显著降低,推测黄曲霉毒素B_(1)主要存在于稻谷表面,不同预处理方式对其检测结果影响较大。In this study,a rice polisher and a rice huller were used to pretreat the rice,and the aflatoxin B_(1) in the treated rice was determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and the two treatments were compared whether there was any influence on the detection results of aflatoxin B_(1).The results showed that the content of aflatoxin B_(1) in rice treated by the rice polisher was significantly reduced.It is speculated that aflatoxin B_(1) mainly exists on the surface of the rice,and different pretreatment methods have a greater impact on the detection results.
