摘  要:为降低PSA制氢装置弛放气中CO2捕集系统蒸汽消耗量,利用Aspen Hysys软件建立了CO2捕集工艺模型并对捕集工艺进行模拟研究。考察了胺液循环量、解吸系统贫胺液CO2负载量、富胺液进解吸塔温度和解吸压力对蒸汽消耗量的影响。模拟结果表明,随着胺液循环量和解吸系统贫胺液CO2负载量的增大,CO2解吸单耗先降低后升高,最低约为2.04 t水蒸气/t CO2。提高富胺液进解吸塔温度或提高解吸压力均有利于降低CO2解吸单耗。In order to reduce the steam consumption of the CO2 capture system in the purge gas of the PSA hydrogen plant, a CO2 capture process model was established by using Aspen Hysys and the capture process was simulated. A couple of effects were investigated, including the amine circulation rate, the CO2 load of the lean amine solution in the desorption system, the temperature of the rich amine solution into the desorption tower, and the desorption pressure on the steam consumption. The simulation results show that with the increase of the amine circulation and the CO2 load of the lean amine solution in the desorption system, the unit consumption of CO2 desorption first decreases and then increases, with a minimum of about 2.04 t steam/t CO2. Increasing the temperature of the rich amine solution entering the desorption tower or increasing the desorption pressure is beneficial to reduce the unit consumption of CO2 desorption.
