摘　　要：针对高校科研创新实验室在科研管理中存在信息孤岛,仪器、耗材和财务缺乏过程与动态管理,科研成果、荣誉和奖励缺乏整理、分析、评价与反馈手段等问题,该研究基于实验室日常科研管理经验,设计和实现了一套基于云服务器B/S架构的、通过多层次设计实现的科研综合管理系统。该系统实现了对省级重点基础科研实验室科研业务的高效便捷管理,大幅度提高了科研运行效率,解放了人力、节约了财力。Aiming at the problems of information silos,lack of process and dynamic management of instruments,consumables and finance,lack of collation,analysis,evaluation and feedback methods for scientific research achievements,honors and rewards in the scientific research management of university scientific research innovation laboratory,based on the cloud server,a scientific research comprehensive management system was achieved by the multi-level design of B/S framework in accordance with laboratory daily experience in scientific research management.The system has realized the efficient and convenient management of the scientific research business of the provincial key basic scientific research laboratory,greatly improved the scientific research operation efficiency,released the manpower and saved financial resources.
