摘　　要：随着经济的进步发展,越来越多的新技术、新理论得以面世,这些新技术、新理论为新设备的发明提供了基础,同时这些新技术也为人们的生活、学习、出行等方面提供了更多的方便。文章探讨了新技术在学习方面带来的便利,通过具体分析移动学习平台的构建以及在设计该平台时,HTML5等新技术的应用现状,进而提升移动平台推广的可行性。With the development of economy,more and more new technologies and theories have been published.These new technologies and theories provide the foundation for the invention of new equipment.At the same time,these new technologies also provide more convenience for people’s life,study,travel and so on.
