摘　　要：当前云科技在各领域迅速普及,能够实现健康信息交换的PHR作为其中的一项成果正在医疗卫生行业中逐渐兴起。为了保证医疗云中大面积共享数据的安全性,提出了一种可删除的基于CP-ABE的云数据共享方案。方案将医疗用户的电子病历分成两个区域进行保存和共享,其中PSD(个人区域)中的基于优化后的IKAE(聚合加密)和属性信息认证来设定写入和读取的权限,而PUD(公共区域)中的则使用可删除的外包加解密方案,从而大幅削减了PHR用户的花费。同时在该方案下能够随时删除属性和用户,且通过多授权机构实现了密钥管理的简化。At present,cloud technology is rapidly popularized in various fields.As one of the achievements,phr,which can realize health information exchange,is gradually rising in the medical and health industry.In order to ensure the security of large-scale data sharing in medical cloud,a removable cloud data sharing scheme based on cp-abe is proposed.The scheme divides the EMR of medical users into two areas for storage and sharing.In PSD(personal area),the write and read permissions are set based on the optimized IKAE(aggregate encryption)and attribute information authentication,while in PUD(public area),the erasable outsourcing encryption and decryption scheme is used,which greatly reduces the cost of phr users.At the same time,the attribute and user can be deleted at any time,and the key management is simplified by multi authority.
