摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠哺乳期开展药学门诊线上咨询的前景。方法收集"苏州市立医院"微信公众号上2020年2月8日至3月31日的154例妊娠哺乳期妇女用药咨询服务数据,对咨询用药人员、咨询问题、咨询药物类型等进行分类统计,并与线下咨询模式比较,分析在线药学服务的获益和局限,以及移动互联网药学服务模式的发展前景。结果154例线上咨询中,哺乳期妇女83例(53.90%),妊娠期妇女71例(46.10%);咨询药物问题104例(67.53%),咨询诊疗问题50例(32.47%);涉及最多的药物为外用药(36/168,21.43%),其次为中成药(26/168,15.48%)、维生素和微量元素(24/168,14.29%)、内分泌系统用药(22/168,13.10%)、抗菌药物(22/168,13.10%)等;咨询得最多的问题为哺乳期用药的安全性(53/104,50.96%),其次为孕期用药的安全性(23/104,22.12%);孕期各阶段涉及孕早期的问题最多(32/171,45.07%),哺乳期各阶段涉及2~6月龄婴儿的问题最多(28/146,60.87%);诊疗问题主要有叙述症状并问该用什么药(30/150,60.00%)和根据检验报告如何调整用药(20/150,40.00%)。结论线上咨询模式为新型冠状病毒疫情下患者的就医咨询提供了新的渠道,药师可为患者提供更全面的用药咨询服务,但同时需药师积极提升自身业务能力、责任心、沟通技巧等综合素质,以促进移动互联网药学服务模式的规范、良性发展。Objective To investigate the prospect of the online consultation in pharmacy clinic associated with pregnancy and lactation.Methods The data of 154 cases of perinatal women’s medication consultation services on the platform of″Suzhou City Hospital We Chat″from February 8 th,2020 to March 31 st,2020 were collected.The people consulted for medication,consultation questions,types of consultation medicines were classified and counted.The online and offline counseling mode was compared to analyze the benefits and limitations of online pharmaceutical care,and the development prospect of mobile internet pharmaceutical care model.Results Among the 154 cases of online consultations,83 cases(53.90%)were from lactating women and 71 cases(46.10%)were from pregnant women,104 cases(67.53%)were drug problems and 50 cases(32.47%)were diagnosis and treatment problems,the most involved drugs were external drugs(36/168,21.43%),followed by Chinese patent drugs(26/168,15.48%),vitamins and trace elements(24/168,14.29%),endocrine drugs(22/168,13.10%)and antibiotics(22/168,13.10%).The most consulted questions were related to the safety of medication during lactation(53/104,50.96%),followed by the safety of medication during pregnancy(23/104,22.12%).The problems in the early pregnancy were the most(32/171,45.07%)in all stages of pregnancy,and the problems in infants aged 2-6 months were the most(28/146,60.87%)in all stages of lactation.The main problems of diagnosis and treatment were as follows:described the symptoms and consulted which medicine should be taken(30/150,60.00%)and how to adjust the medicine according to the test report(20/150,40.00%).Conclusion The practice of online consultation in perinatal pharmacy clinic provides a new channel for patients seeking medication consultation service during the Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.Pharmacists can provide more comprehensive medication consultation services for patients.But at the same time,pharmacists are required to improve their comprehensive ability of profes
