多西环素联合宫腔灌注甲硝唑治疗不孕症伴慢性子宫内膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多西环素联合宫腔灌注甲硝唑治疗不孕症伴慢性子宫内膜炎(CE)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的不孕症伴CE患者126例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各63例。两组患者均宫腔灌注甲硝唑,研究组患者在此基础上口服多西环素,均治疗14 d。结果研究组患者的总有效率为96.83%,显著高于对照组的79.37%(P<0.05);研究组患者的白细胞介素2水平显著高于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α、基质金属蛋白酶9、白细胞介素1β水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多西环素联合宫腔灌注甲硝唑治疗不孕症伴CE疗效较好,可减轻患者机体的炎性反应,改善炎性状态。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of doxycycline combined with intrauterine infusion of metronidazole in the treatment of infertility complicated with chronic endometritis(CE).Methods A total of 126 patients with infertility complicated with CE admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,63 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given intrauterine perfusion of metronidazole,on this basis,the patients in the study group took doxycycline orally.Both groups were treated for 14 d.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.83%,which was significantly higher than 79.37%of the control group(P<0.05).The level of interleukin-2(IL-2)in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Doxycycline combined with the intrauterine infusion of metronidazole is effective in the treatment of infertility complicated with CE,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the inflammatory state.
