基层医务人员规范使用干粉吸入剂的干预方法研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基层医务人员规范使用干粉吸入剂(DPI)的干预方法。方法随机选取泰州市二级及其以下医疗机构的80名基层医务人员,按随机数字表法分为干预组(41名)和对照组(39名)。干预组给予多手段联合干预,对照组给予常规干预。比较干预前及干预完成0,3,6个月时的DPI操作规范性评分。结果干预组干预完成时的DPI操作规范性评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);与干预完成时比较,两组干预完成3个月时的DPI操作规范性评分无显著差异(P>0.05),干预组干预完成6个月时的DPI操作规范性评分显著降低(P<0.01)。结论多手段联合干预法提高基层医务人员DPI操作规范性的效果明显优于常规干预法,知识保留程度有待进一步研究。Objective To investigate the intervention methods of standardized use of dry powder inhalers(DPI)by grass-roots medical staff.Methods A total of 80 grass-roots medical staff from secondary and below medical institutions in Taizhou were divided into the intervention group(41 staff)and the control group(39 staff)according to the random number table method.The intervention group was given multi-means combined intervention,while the control group was given routine intervention.The scores of DPI standard operation before the intervention,three months and six months after the intervention were compared.Results When the intervention was completed,the score of DPI standard operation in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Compared with that after the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of DPI standard operation in the two groups at three months after the intervention(P>0.05),while the score of DPI standard operation in the intervention group at six months after intervention decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Multi-means combined intervention method is significantly better than the routine intervention method in improving the DPI standard operation of grass-roots medical staff,but the degree of knowledge retention needs to be further studied.
