摘  要:石脑油裂解过程中产生的废碱水总溶解固体含量太高,处理难度大,且处理成本高。为降低一次投入及运行费用,且立足于资源合理整合的绿色理念,对石脑油裂解过程中产生的废碱水用于煤气化装置水煤浆制备用水进行了研究。结果表明,中和废碱水添加比例控制在10%左右,且制浆的质量分数控制在61.5%以下。添加剂添加量为3%时,可制得性能较佳的浆体,且不影响粗煤气的有效成分。因此,将废碱水用作水煤浆制备用水具有很高的经济及环保价值。The total dissolved solids content of the waste alkaline water produced in the naphtha cracking process is too high,the treatment is difficult,and the treatment cost is high.In order to reduce the cost of a single input and operation,and based on the green concept of reasonable resource integration,this paper studied the use of waste alkali water produced in the process of naphtha cracking for the preparation of coal water slurry in coal gasification unit.The results show that when the proportion of neutralization waste alkali water is controlled about 10%,the pulping concentration is controlled below 61.5%,and the additive amount is 3%,the slurry with better performance can be prepared,and the effective components of crude gas are not affected.Therefore,using waste alkaline water as water for coal water slurry preparation has high economic and environmental value.
