摘 要:不平衡故障是旋转型机械最常见的故障。针对破碎机环锤锤头发生磨损以后造成的不平衡进行研究,通过转子三维建模,应用有限元软件对转子临界转速以及不平衡响应进行分析,通过分析获得转子在各临界转速以及各阶不平衡的实际状况,将上述分析获得的数据应用于配锤设计中,进而为进一步研究环锤动平衡的优化提供技术理论依据。Unbalance failure is the most common failure of rotating machinery.This paper studied the imbalance caused by the wear of the hammer head of the crusher ring hammer.Through the three-dimensional modeling of the rotor,the finite element software was used to analyze the critical speed and unbalance response of the rotor.The actual conditions of the rotor at each critical speed and each order of unbalance were obtained through analysis,and the data obtained from the above analysis was applied to the design of the hammer to provide a technical and theoretical basis for further research on the optimization of the dynamic balance of the ring hammer.
