摘  要:随着汽车产业的高速发展,新能源汽车逐渐步入大众的视野,其仪表盘显示信息相对于传统汽车仪表更全面、更智能。本文介绍了新能源汽车组合仪表盘的整体设计和功能检测过程。硬件电路采用STM32F103VET6为中央处理器,CAN—601作为CAN总线通讯的收发器,实现了将汽车各模块数据进行通过总线信息实时接收至仪表模块并进行显示的目的。利用VisualTFT组态软件平台设计仪表盘测试界面和测试程序,测试结果表明该仪表盘具有抗干扰能力强、可靠性高、结构简便和通讯速度高等特点,能够有效解决新能源汽车仪表盘通讯问题[1]。With the rapid development of the automobile industry,vehicles with new energy have entered the public's vision gradually.The dashboard display information is more comprehensive and intelligent than traditional vehicle instruments.The new energy vehicle combination dashboard is mainly designed to test the function,meanwhile the overall design and function testing process are introduced during this paper.The hardware circuit uses STM32F103VET6 as the central processor,and CAN-601 as the transceiver of CAN bus communication,which realizes the purpose of receiving and displaying the data of each module of the vehicle in real time through the bus information.VisualTFT configuration software platform is used to design the test interface and test program of the dashboard.The test results show that the dashboard has strong anti-interference ability,high reliability,simple structure and high communication speed,which can effectively solve the communication problem of the dashboard of new energy vehicles.
