摘 要:应用超声疲劳试验方法专研了105~1010周次范畴中40Cr钢表现出的疲劳性能,设计其载荷频率20kHz,配合电子显微镜剖析疲劳端口样貌特点。统计结果发现,40Cr钢的S-N曲线始终维持下跌趋势,107、1010周次的疲劳强度形成了显著差异;显微分析发现,40Cr钢超声疲劳端口样貌和传统疲劳条件下的断口样貌没有形成显著差别,拓展区断口存在着显著的疲劳辉纹。The fatigue properties of 40Cr steel in 105-1010 cycles were studied using ultrasonic fatigue test method.The load frequency of 40Cr steel was designed to be 20kHz,and the characteristics of fatigue port were analyzed with electron microscope.The statistical results showed that the S-N curve of 40Cr steel always maintained a downward trend,and the fatigue strength of 107-1010 weeks formed a significant difference.Microscopic analysis shows that there is no significant difference between the ultrasonic fatigue port appearance of 40Cr steel and the fracture appearance of traditional fatigue condition,and there are significant fatigue striations at the fracture in the extended area.
