摘　　要：汽车的线束图纸的更换的比较快,同时制造周期也越来越短,如何快速准确地做好线束加工工作,成为了非常关键的问题。下线在线束加工中是非常新颖的工艺流程,如果下线工艺出了问题,预装和挂线工艺如果不加处理,甚至会造成停产的情况发生。因此,下线流程在整个汽车线束流程中非常重要,如果下线流程正确,那么汽车线束流程就成功了一半。快速准确地完成下线流程,确保车间按时完成生产作业,按时向客户交付线束产品。The replacement of the automobile wiring harness drawing is relatively fast,and the manufacturing cycle is getting shorter and shorter,which has become a very critical problem.The offline process is a very novel process in the harness processing.If there is a problem with the offline process,if the pre-loading and hanging process is not processed,it will even cause the production production.Therefore,the offline process is very important in the entire vehicle harness process.If the offline process is correct,then the vehicle harness process is half the success.Complete the offline process quickly and accurately,ensure that the workshop completes the production operation on time and deliver wire harness products to customers on time.
