摘　　要：此零件为一台3725型平面磨床工作台上的活塞杆,活塞杆在减振器中的起着重要作用,它的质量好坏严重影响装配、表面缺陷会造成的漏油,弯曲变形影响机床的正常使用,且该零件属于细长轴类工件,磨削时是难度很大。为此我们经过多年的工作经验并查阅了大量的有关技术方面的资料,参照所学的理论知识研制分析,从而解决这一技术难题,保证加工质量,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。This part is the piston rod on the working table of a 3725 type surface grinder,the piston rod plays an important role in the shock absorber,its quality seriously affects the assembly,surface defects will cause oil leakage,bending deformation affects the normal use of the machine tool,and this part belongs to the slender shaft type workpiece,grinding is very difficult.To this end,we have passed many years of work experience and access to a large number of relevant technical information,with reference to the theoretical knowledge of research and analysis,so as to solve this technical problem,ensure the quality of processing,reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.
