摘　　要：VOLVO L105装载机变速箱是有四个前进档和四个倒挡的动力换档变速箱,本文详细分析了VOLVO L105装载机变速箱的组成,档位控制液压图及变速箱档位控制路线图,分析了该变速箱的常见故障和排除方法,还详细介绍了主压力和各档换挡离合器压力检查方法,这对装载机变速箱的使用和维修具有一定的指导作用。The VOLVO L105 loader gearbox is a power shift gearbox with four forward gears and four reverse gears.This article analyzes the composition of the VOLVO L105 loader gearbox in detail,the gear control hydraulic diagram and the transmission gear control route map.The common faults and troubleshooting methods of the gearbox are described,and the main pressure and the pressure check methods of the shift clutch pressure of each gear are also introduced in detail,which has a certain guiding effect on the use and maintenance of the loader gearbox.
