摘 要:机械自动化在汽车制造中应用在优化与调整汽车制造流水工序合理化、科学化的基础上,可进一步保障汽车制造的安全性与稳定性。本文以机械自动化在汽车制造中的应用为讨论方向,首先对机械自动化在汽车制造中的应用价值与优势进行分析,继而论述了机械自动化在汽车制造中的具体应用。研究中,以汽车制造中的自动控制系统、自动组装技术、集成技术与自动检测技术四个方面来揭示机械自动化在汽车制造中的应用价值,对促进我国汽车制造业发展具有深远影响。The application of mechanical automation in automobile manufacturing can further guarantee the safety and stability of automobile manufacturing on the basis of optimizing and adjusting the flow process of automobile manufacturing to be rationalized and scientific.This article takes the application of mechanical automation in automobile manufacturing as the direction of discussion.First,it analyzes the application value and advantages of mechanical automation in automobile manufacturing,and then discusses the specific application of mechanical automation in automobile manufacturing.In the research,four aspects of automatic control system,automatic assembly technology,integration technology and automatic detection technology in automobile manufacturing are used to reveal the application value of mechanical automation in automobile manufacturing,which has a profound impact on promoting the development of my country's automobile manufacturing industry.
