摘  要:采用聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、环烯烃聚合体(COP)三种高分子聚合物封装技术改善二维钙钛矿((PEA)_(2)PbI_(4))薄膜荧光的稳定性。将液相合成获得的二维钙钛矿用PS、PMMA、COP三种高分子聚合物进行封装,研究结果表明,三者分别对二维钙钛矿实现3倍、4倍与8倍的稳定性改善,有效地减弱了光照引发的晶格畸变,降低了有机分子的扩散与挥发,从而减缓了二维钙钛矿的降解。该方法简单、成本低,是一种改善二维钙钛矿荧光稳定性的有效方法。In this paper,the optical stability of two-dimensional perovskite(PEA)_(2)PbI_(4) film was improved by three polymer packaging technologies:polystyrene(PS),polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),and cycloolefin polymer(COP).It's shown that the photoluminescence stability improvement of(PEA)_(2)PbI_(4) by PS,PMMA and COP is 3 times,4 times and 8 times respectively.Because they can reduce the light-induced lattice distortion,the diffusion and volatilization of organic molecules is slowed down,and thus the degradation of two-dimensional perovskite is relieved.The best performance of COP may be originate from its lower oxygen and water-vapor permeability,and lower water absorption,which can enhance the improvement effect.This paper provides a simple,low cost and obvious improvement method for the application of two-dimensional perovskite.
