摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析等方法,主要从体育社会组织的基本内涵和作用、襄阳市体育社会组织公共服务能力的影响因素分析、提升襄阳市体育社会组织公共服务能力的有效途径、襄阳市体育社会组织公共服务能力提升的策略等方面进行论述。从而为襄阳市政府主管部门制定体育社会组织治理的相关法规政策提供参考,促进新时期襄阳市体育社会组织建设和健康发展。The article adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,logical analysis and so on,and discusses the basic connotation and function of sports social organizations,the influence factors of sports social organizations public service capacity in Xiangyang,the effective means and strategies etc.,thus providing reference for the competent departments of Xiangyang Municipal Government to formulate relevant regulations and policies on the governance of sports social organizations,and promoting the construction and healthy development of sports social organizations in Xiangyang in the new era.
