超声影像学在骨折诊治中的应用进展

摘　　要：由于超声的便携性、无辐射损伤、操作简便快速等优势,超声技术在外科急诊、灾难救治中能及时判定患者骨折的位置、移位方向、对位情况和骨折位置骨膜的损伤程度,助力肌肉、血管、神经等损伤情况的判定,为医师精准制定患者骨折合理救治方案提供一定的参考依据。文章对超声在创伤性骨折、疲劳性骨折、骨折愈合监测和治疗方面进行综述。超声在创伤性骨折、疲劳性骨折及骨折愈合和监测方面具有重要的诊断价值,可有效提高诊断准确率,尤其在骨折周围软组织损伤中的诊断,具有较高的诊断价值。Because of its advantages of portability,no radiation damage,simple and fast operation,ultrasound technology can timely determine the position,displacement direction,alignment and degree of periosteal damage of fracture position in surgical emergency and disaster treatment,help doctors diagnose muscle,blood vessel,nerve and other injuries,and provide a reference for doctors to accurately formulate reasonable treatment plan for patients with fracture.This article reviews the application of ultrasound in the monitoring and treatment of traumatic fracture,fatigue fracture,fracture healing.Ultrasound has important diagnostic value in traumatic fracture,fatigue fracture,fracture healing and monitoring,which can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy and it has high diagnostic value especially in the diagnosis of soft tissue injury around fracture.
