摘　　要：学生管理与教育既是一门艺术,也是一门科学。澳洲高校的学生管理在科学性方面做出了有益的探索与实践,主要体现在管理科学化与科学化管理两方面。管理科学化是指管理理念的科学性,科学化管理则指具体的学生工作实践过程中体现出的科学管理方式。理念与实践层面的科学管理使得澳洲高校学生工作取得了务实的效果。Student management and education is both an art and a science.Student management in Australian universities has made useful explorations and practices in terms of scientificity,which is mainly reflected in two aspects of managerial scientification and scientific management.Managerial scientification refers to the scientific nature of management concepts,and scientific management refers to the scientific management methods which are reflected in the specific student work practice process.The scientific management at the level of concept and practice has made the student work of Australian colleges and universities have achieved pragmatic results,and provided a useful reference for the college student work in the new era.
