摘　　要：人是社会性动物,作为个体的人是社会基本组成单位,不但可以影响社会稳定与发展,且还深受各种社会文化与情境影响,大学生亦不例外。近年来,国内外情商理论研究逐步深入,人们越发认识到情商之于人之生存与发展而言所具有的重要意义。大学生作为祖国建设与发展中坚力量,是极为重要的人才资源,高校作为人才培养重要阵地,理应顺应时代发展需求,积极发展与变革自身人才培养策略,坚持以社会主义核心价值观为基础,构建大学生社会情商体系。文章首先简要概述“情商”概念内涵;继而分析当前大学生情商缺乏主要原因,并指出培养大学生社会情商之必要性;最后,从培养目标、培养原则以及培养策略等三个方面对新时代大学生社会情商培育机制做出论述。People are social animals,as individual people are the basic unit of society,not only can not only affect social stability and development,but also deeply influenced by various social cultures and situations.College students are no exception.In recent years,the theoretical research of emotional intelligence at home and abroad has gradually deepened,and people increasingly realize the significance of EQ to people's survival and development.As the backbone of the construction and development of the motherland,college students are a very important talent resources.As an important position of talent training,colleges and universities should adapt to the development needs of The Times,actively develop and change their own talent training strategy,adhere to the socialist core values,and build a social emotional intelligence system for college students.This article summarizes the concept of"EQ",and analyzes the necessity of college students'EQ in the paper,including the goals,training principles and strategies.
