摘  要:运用热膨胀法测定了30CrMnSi2Mo钢马氏体转变动力学,并运用TEM及FEG-SEM分析等温淬火后的组织特征.结果表明:在M_(s)点之下等温转变时先发生马氏体转变,等温组织为回火马氏体及贝氏体整合组织,先形成马氏体转变量与等温温度存在定性关系.试验钢在260℃等温时得到良好的强韧性配合,这与先形成马氏体细化低温贝氏体组织有关.The Martensite transformation dynamics of 30CrMnSi2Mo steel was measured by dilatometer.The isothermal temperature tempered microstructures were characterised by means of TEM and FEG-SEM.The results show that the microstructures formed below the M_(s) temperature are mainly bainitic,mixed with prior Martensite.There are quantitative relations between the volume fraction of prior martensite and isothermal quenching temperature.The good combination of comprehensive strength and toughness properties of the test steel was obtained at 260℃due to the preformed martensite refining the low temperature bainite.
