腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝手术的围手术期护理措施。方法选择2019年6月至2020年6月连云港市第一人民医院200例小儿腹股沟疝患儿作为研究对象。200例小儿腹股沟疝均为男性儿童,均行腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝手术治疗。结果腹腔镜腹股沟疝手术后,患儿出现切口出血、发炎者3例,药物过敏反应者2例,血清肿者1例,皮下气肿者2例,尿潴留者1例,便秘者4例,情绪抑郁者1例,并发症发生率为14/200(7.00%),经围手术期护理均有好转。出院后随访2~6个月,无并发症发生,无复发。结论小儿腹股沟疝腹腔镜手术围手术期护理防护工作,可以有效地缓解患儿不良症状,缩短住院时间,提高医疗质量,降低术后并发症。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing measures of laparoscopic inguinal hernia operation in children.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,200 children with inguinal hernia in The First People's Hospital of Lianyungang city were selected as the research object.Two hundred cases of inguinal hernia in children were male children,all of them underwent laparoscopic inguinal hernia operation.Results After laparoscopic inguinal hernia in children,there were 3 cases of incision bleeding and inflammation,2 cases of drug allergic reaction,1 case of seroma,2 cases of subcutaneous emphysema,1 case of urinary retention,4 cases of constipation,1 case of mood depression,and the incidence of complications was 14/200(7.00%),which were improved by perioperative nursing.The patients were followed up for 2 to 6 months after discharge,and no complications or recurrence occurred.Conclusion Perioperative nursing protection during laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery in children can effectively relieve adverse symptoms,shorten hospital stay,improve medical quality and reduce postoperative complications.
