摘 要:针对某天然气净化厂脱硫溶液受污染的问题,以该净化厂上游气井产出液为研究对象,详细分析了其主要组成以及与脱硫溶液混合后的物化参数变化过程,并从机理上进行了阐述。结果表明,气井产出液呈酸性,水型以CaCl_(2)和MgCl_(2)为主,并含有少量表面活性剂。进入脱硫溶液后,首先产生CaCO_(3)、MgCO_(3)沉淀;接着生成氯化胺,溶液的pH值和胺液质量分数随之下降,最终导致净化效果变差。此外,气井产出液会增大脱硫溶液的发泡趋势和腐蚀性,腐蚀的主要原因是氯化胺而非氯离子。因此,提出了控制源头、加强分离与预警、胺液复活3个方面的防治措施。Aiming at the pollution of desulfurization solution in a natural gas purification plant,taking the produced liquid of upstream gas well of the purification plant as the research object,the main composition and the change process of physicochemical parameters after mixing with desulfurization solution were analyzed in detail,and the mechanism was expounded.The results showed that the produced fluid of gas well was acidic,the water type was mainly calcium chloride and magnesium chloride,and contained a small amount of surfactant.After entering the desulfurization solution,the precipitation of calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate first occurred,then the ammonium chloride was generated,the pH value and amine mass fraction of the solution decreased,which eventually lead to poor purification effect.In addition,the foaming tendency and corrosiveness of desulfurizing solution would be increased by the produced fluid of gas well,and the main cause of corrosion was amine chloride rather than chloride ion.Therefore,the preventive and disposal measures of controlling source,strengthening separation and forewarning,and amine resurrection were put forward.
