摘  要:聚酰亚胺(polyimide,PI)长丝在织造过程中存在静电现象严重、易于飞丝等问题,严重影响织物的顺利织造和布面质量。采用聚丙烯酸酯浆料对PI长丝进行上浆,并对PI长丝的上浆工艺和PI浆纱的性能进行研究。结果表明:聚丙烯酸酯浆液黏度低且黏度波动率仅为5.26%,浆液成膜性能好;上浆的最佳工艺为浆液含固率15%、浆槽温度50℃、车速90 m/min,此工艺下浆纱增强率和减伸率分别为16.98%和3.40%;采用碱退浆工艺能够有效地除去PI长丝纱上的聚丙烯酸酯浆料,且当控制退浆时间为2 h时PI纤维不会被碱液刻蚀。Polyimide(PI)filaments have serious problems such as electrostatic phenomenon and easy flying filaments in the weaving process,which seriously affect the smooth weaving and fabric surface quality.The polyacrylate sizing agent was used to sizing PI filaments,and the sizing process of PI filaments and the performance of PI yarn were studied.The results show that the polyacrylate slurry has low viscosity and the viscosity fluctuation is only 5.26%with good film-forming property.The best sizing process is solid content of 15%,tank temperature of 50℃and speed of 90 m/min,with 16.98%reinforcement and 3.40%elongation reduction.The alkali de-sizing process can effectively remove the polyacrylate slurry from the PI filament.The PI fibers will not be etched by alkali solution when the desizing time is controlled for 2 h.
