全覆盖目标下“医养结合”典型模式剖析

摘　　要：医养结合是一种集医疗、照料和护理于一体的新型养老模式。近年来,医养结合养老模式广泛试点,逐渐探索形成了一批各具特色的医养结合实践模式。适时地梳理并总结典型案例地区医养结合养老模式成功经验,将有助于在下一阶段的老龄工作中进一步复制和推广。文章立足于当前我国着力构建的“9073”养老服务格局,从满足不同养老场景下老年人的医养需求,促成医养结合全覆盖目标的角度,深入剖析当前医养结合实践的典型模式和发展困境,并对未来的发展路径提出建议,以期在“十四五”时期进一步促成医养结合的全覆盖。The integrated care for the elderly is a new type of care mode that integrates medical care,social care and nursing care.In recent years,the government has conducted many pilot programs and has gradually formed a number of distinctive practice modes of integrated care.Summarizing the successful experience of integrated care practice in some areas is helpful for further pro⁃motion in the next stage of aging work.Based on the“9073”pension pattern,it analyzed the current integrated care practices and their development dilemmas from the perspective of meeting the needs of the elderly in different care scenarios.It also puts forward suggestions for its optimization with a view to further promoting the full coverage of the integrated care in the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
