摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压丸法联合六味安消胶囊对社区老年性气滞型功能性便秘(FC)患者的临床疗效、生活质量改善情况及对复发率的影响。方法:将100例FC患者随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组给予六味安消胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予耳穴压丸法治疗。治疗4周后,观察两组患者临床疗效及停药后复发率。结果:观察组临床疗效、单项症状积分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组PAC-QOL积分改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率(92.0%)显著高于对照组(80.0%),观察组的复发率(21.7%)低于对照组(45.0%)。结论:耳穴压丸法联合六味安消胶囊可改善FC患者的临床症状,提高患者的生存质量。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular-seed-pressing and Liuwei Anxiao Capsules,quality of life and recurrence rate of elderly patients with functional constipation(FC).METHODS 100 patients with FC were randomly divid⁃ed into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with Liuwei Anxiao Cap⁃sule.The observation group was treated with auricular point pressing pill on the basis of control group.After 4 weeks,the clinical ef⁃ficacy and recurrence rate were analyzed.RESULTS The improvement of clinical efficacy and single symptom score of the observa⁃tion group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PAC-QOL scores of the observation group was bet⁃ter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was(92.0%)higher than that of the control group(80.0%).The recurrence rate of the observation group(21.74%)was lower than that of the control group(45.0%).CONCLUSION Auricular-seed-pressing and Liuwei Anxiao Capsules could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the life quality of functional constipation patients.
