摘 要:从中药(复方)药代动力学的研究特点、多组分药代动力学研究策略及研究难点等方面论述了中药(复方)多组分药代动力学研究进展,并把多组分中药(复方)的化学成分研究、药代动力学研究及代谢组学研究结合起来,从辨证论治、整体原则、由外及内研究中药(复方)治疗疾病的药效物质基础及治疗机制,为新药研发与中药配伍机制研究提供方法,为解决复杂中药(复方)研究过程中的瓶颈问题提供思路和借鉴。The research progress of multi-component pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine(compound)is reviewed from the aspects of research characteristics,research methods and applications,multi-component pharmacokinetics research strategy and research difficulties.We combined the study of chemical composition,pharmacokinetics and metabonomics of multi-component traditional Chinese medicine(compound)to investigate the material basis and therapeutic mechanism from the aspects of syndrome differentiation,overall principle,as well as outside and inside,so as to provide methods for the research of new drug development and compatibility mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine,and to offer ideas and reference for solving the bottleneck problem in the research process of complex traditional Chinese medicine(compound).
