摘　　要：近日,湖北在院治疗新冠肺炎患者清零,以武汉为主战场的国内新冠肺炎疫情防控取得重要阶段性成效,与此同时,全球疫情持续爆发,对我国疫情防控构成反向输入压力.本文分析了国内疫情发展趋势特点,研究表明:国内疫情具有明显的本土疫情和境外输入疫情阶段特征,疫情发展初期对疫情中心周边地区和经济发达地区影响较大,疫情发展后期国际航班密集的特大城市和陆路口岸较多的边境省份受境外输入压力较大,采取严格防控措施能够有效阻断疫情传播链条.建议在全球疫情拐点未到来时,国内疫情防控仍需谨慎,国家公共卫生应急体系应进一步完善.Recently,the Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)confirmed cases were cleared in Hubei.The COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control in Wuhan,which is the main battleground,has achieved impor-tant results.At the same time,the global epidemic continues to break out,which constitutes a reverse inputpressure on China's epidemic prevention and control.Analyzes the characteristics of the development trend of thedomestic epidemic situation.The results show that the domestic epidemic situation has the obvious characteristicsof the local epidemic situation and the imported epidemic situation.In the early stage of the epidemic develop-ment,it has a great impact on the surrounding areas of the epidemic center and the economically developed are-as.In the later stage of the epidemic development,the megacities with dense intermational flights and the borderprovinces with more land ports are under great pressure from the imported foreign countries,so they should takestrict measures Prevention and control measures can effectively block the epidemic transmission chain.It is sug-gested that before the turning point of the global epidemic,the prevention and control of domestic epidemicshould be cautious,and the national public health emergency system should be further improved.
