摘　　要：带图案的内框纸需要在内框纸的裁切和输送过程中,需要有准确的定位;实际生产中采用了伺服电机输送,电刹车控制输送,标记点进行定位的解决方案。通过对电刹车通电时长的控制,以补偿输送过程中的定位误差。在实际生产过程中,还是存在一定频次的标记点超出范围的情况,一方面剔除导致了原辅材料的浪费;另一方面停机也是降低设备运行效率的原因。The inside frame paper with patterns needs to be accurately positioned in the cutting and conveying process of the inside frame paper.In actual production,the solution of servo motor conveying,electric brake control conveying and making point positioning is adopted.By controlling the electric brake energizing time,the positioning error in the conveying process can be compensated.In the actual production process,there is still a certain frequency of mark points out of range.On the hand,elimination leads to the waste of raw and auxiliary materials;On the other hand,shutdown is also the reason for reducing the operating efficiency of equipment.
