摘 要:介绍闯红灯自动记录系统的组成及试验原理。根据GA/T 496-2014和GA/T 870-2017[1-2],确立闯红灯自动记录系统的主要参数,并提出各参数的校准方法。同时,对闯红灯自动记录系统的时间这项关键校准参数实测值的测量不确定度进行评定。旨在解决我省目前尚无闯红灯自动记录系统相关计量技术规范的情况下,闯红灯自动记录系统的量值溯源问题,为各类计量技术机构开展闯红灯自动记录系统的校准提供技术参考。This article briefly introduces the composition and test principle of automatic recording system for vehicles violation traffic signals.According to GA/T 496-2014 and GA/T 870-2017,main parameters for the calibration ofautomatic recording system for vehicles violation traffic signals are established,and the calibration methods for each parameter are proposed.At the same time,the measurement uncertainty of the measured values of the key calibration parameters,including time,was evaluated.This article aims to solve the problem of traceability of the automatic recording system for vehicles violation traffic signals under the condition that there is no relevant measurement technical specification for the non-marking tester in FuJian,and provide technical reference for the calibration of automatic recording system for vehicles violation traffic signals for various metrology institutions.
