摘  要:针对用UG软件进行自动编程加工时发生撞刀、过切等现象进行研究。以温度计型腔和型芯模具为例,围绕轮廓铣削和面铣削加工两方面进行研究分析,最终得出在加工时如何利用软件参数设置和面的修补两种方法来避免加工过程中的撞刀和过切问题。这些问题的研究,有利于从业人员进行UG数控编程时避免类似的现象发生。This paper is mainly based on the author's experience in the practice process,using UG software for automatic programming to explore the phenomenon of collision of knives,overcutting and others,analyzing the possible reasons and finally puting forward the corresponding solutions.The article takes thermometer cavity and core mold as examples,and conducts research and analysis on two aspects of contour milling and face milling.In the end,how to use software parameter setting and surface repair to avoid these problems during processing.The research is helpful for practitioners to avoid similar phenomena when they carry out UG numerical control programming.
