摘　　要：以水杨醛、邻香兰素为原料,分别与2-氨基-4-甲基苯并噻唑发生缩合反应合成了相应的席夫碱,使用红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪、元素分析仪对其结构进行了表征.通过分子荧光光谱仪检测两种席夫碱,得到荧光发射光谱数据.对其与Ag^(+)、Ni^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、La^(3+)、Co^(2+)、Sr^(2+)、Ce^(3+)、Cd^(2+)、Zn^(2+)等10种金属离子作用时的荧光性质进行了研究.荧光测试结果表明,金属离子的加入对2-氨基-4-甲基苯并噻唑席夫碱的荧光发射波长影响不大,但使席夫碱的荧光强度发生了不同程度的改变.Two heterocyclic Schiff bases were synthesized by the condensation reaction of salicylaldehyde and o-vanillin with 2-amino-4-methylbenzothiazole,respectively.The structure was characterized by Fourier infrared spectrometer,nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer and elemental analyzer.The fluorescence emission spectra of two Schiff bases were detected by molecular fluorescence spectrometer.Fluorescent property about the title compound complexed with different metal ions such as Ag^(+),Ni^(2+),Pb^(2+),Cu^(2+),La^(3+),Co^(2+),Sr^(2+),Ce^(3+),Cd^(2+) and Zn^(2+) was investigated.Fluorescence test results showed that the addition of metal ions had little effect on the fluorescence emission wavelength of 2-amino-4-methylbenzothiazole Schiff base,but the fluorescence intensity of Schiff base changed in different degree.
