摘 要:研究纳米Fe_(2)O_(3)复合光催化剂的制备及催化降解有机染料污水性能测试,解决水体污染日益严重的问题.以磁性纳米Fe_(2)O_(3)作为载体,将去离子水作为溶剂,与BiOBr复合制备纳米Fe_(2)O_(3)复合光催化剂.使用电镜分析描述其物相、形貌结构等特征,通过活性蓝艳X-BR有机染料污水的催化降解实验,研究该催化剂的光吸收性能、吸附性能、催化降解性能及其影响因素.实验结果表明:纳米Fe_(2)O_(3)复合光催化剂的复合效果优异,且该催化剂较低的能带隙值可提高可见光吸收范围,光吸收性能良好;该催化剂对有机染料污水具有极好的催化降解及吸附能力;选取焙烧回收方式能降低该催化剂重复使用次数对有机染料污水的催化降解性能的影响;反应时间与催化剂溶液的酸碱性对有机染料污水催化降解性能影响较大.This paper studies the preparation of nano-Fe_(2)O_(3) composite photocatalyst and the performance test of catalytic degradation of organic dye wastewater,to solve the growing problem of water pollution.Nano-Fe_(2)O_(3) composite photocatalyst was prepared by using magnetic nano-Fe_(2)O_(3) as a carrier and deionized water as a solvent to compound with BiOBr.The characteristics of phase,morphology and structure were analyzed and described by electron microscopy.The catalytic degradation of reactive blue X-BR organic dye wastewater was carried out to study the light absorption performance,adsorption performance,catalytic degradation performance and its influencing factors.The experimental results show that nano-Fe_(2)O_(3) composite photocatalyst has excellent composite effect.The lower band gap value of the catalyst can improve the visible light absorption range,and the light absorption performance is good.The catalyst has excellent catalytic degradation and adsorption capacity for organic dye wastewater.The selection of roasting recovery method can reduce the influence of reuse of the catalyst on the catalytic degradation performance of organic dye wastewater.The reaction time and the acidity and basicity of catalyst solution have greater influence on the catalytic degradation performance of organic dye wastewater.
