摘 要:随着人类社会的不断发展,节能降耗已成为世界性难题。中国积极推进建筑节能标准,大力发展绿色节能技术,现已获得较大成效。很多新建建筑根据国家强制性标准规划建设,但是节能经济效益依然不理想,对此,在建筑工程项目管理中,应基于全寿命周期理念对项目建设节能经济效益进行评价分析。在研究中,为平衡“需求”和“供应”之间的关系,选择医院建筑工程作为研究对象,在建筑节能经济效益评价分析中,采用能耗模拟软件DeST,以期保证建筑节能经济效益评估结果准确性和可靠性。With the continuous development of human society,energy saving and consumption reduction has become a worldwide problem.China actively promotes building energy-saving standards and vigorously develops green energy-saving technology,which has achieved great results.Many new buildings are planned and constructed according to mandatory national standards,but the energy-saving economic benefits are still not ideal.In construction project management,the energy-saving economic benefits of project construction should be evaluated and analyzed based on the concept of full life cycle.In order to balance the relationship between“demand”and“supply”,this study selected hospital building engineering as the research object.Energy consumption simulation software DeST is used in the evaluation and analysis of building energy saving economic benefit,in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation results of building energy saving economic benefit.
