摘  要:为减少大气污染,加强大气环境的建设,文章以济宁市为例,对大气环境的承载力情况,进行监测预警研究设计,采集相应的承载力基础数据,对基础数据进行系统化的归纳,设立评价指标体系,并对其进行分级,界定承载力阈值,然后根据不同的阈值,判定大气环境超载的预警等级,对大气环境的承载力进行防护工作,运用该方法对济宁市的大气环境承载力进行监测预警评估。该大气环境承载力监测预警方法能够对即将超载的大气环境做出预警报告,减少大气环境污染,提高大气环境的质量,使其达到规定的标准。In order to reduce air pollution and to strengthen the construction of the atmospheric environment,this article takes Jining of Shandong province as an example to study the bearing capacity of the atmospheric environment situation.It designs the monitoring and early warning system,collects fundamental data for bearing capacity,and summarizes basic data,to set up evaluation index system.The study defined the bearing capacity limits in order to determine early warning level of atmospheric environment overload.The carrying capacity of atmospheric environment was protected,and the carrying capacity of atmospheric environment in Jining city was monitored and assessed by using this method.The monitoring and early warning method of atmospheric environmental carrying capacity can make early warning report when it's about to overload.The method helps to reduce the pollution of the atmospheric environment and improve the quality of the atmospheric environment.
