摘  要:制度行为是企业创新过程中自我治理的重要手段。为了适应新常态下创新环境的变化,基于进化理论,构建由制度链形成的三层制度场域:(1)创新制度基因遗传层具有遗传特质,复制父辈制度基因内容;(2)创新制度基因适应层具有自我调节和适应特质,协调和互补制度基因适应创新环境变化;(3)创新制度基因进化层具有变异特质,替换、附加和变异出新的制度基因。结合华为公司从创新制度场域到制度化三十多年的经验展开分析,旨为企业可持续发展提供一定的借鉴。Institutional behavior is an important means of self governance in the process of enterprise innovation.In order to adapt to the change of innovation environment under the new normal,based on the evolutionary theory,a three-tier institutional field formed by institutional chain is constructed:(1)the genetic layer of innovation system gene has genetic characteristics,and copies the gene content of parent system;(2)the adaptation layer of innovation system gene has the characteristics of self regulation and adaptation,and the gene of coordination and complementary system adapts to the change of innovation environment;(3)the evolutionary layer of innovation institutional gene has the characteristics of variation,and replaces,appends and mutates new institutional genes.Combined with Huawei’s thirty years of experience from the innovation system to the institutionalization,the aims are to provide some reference for the sustainable development of enterprises.
