摘　　要：目的探讨双角子宫的影像学表现,提高对本病的认识及影像诊断水平.方法回顾性分析23例双角子宫的MRI、子宫输卵管造影(HSG)及CT表现.其中8例行MRI平扫检查,2例行MRI平扫+增强检查;11例行HSG检查,2例行CT平扫和增强检查.结果MRI冠状位和横断位表现为分离的2个宫角,子宫内膜信号呈“V”形或倒“八”字形,见1个宫颈.HSG图像显示分离的2个宫角,宫底下陷,宫腔为2个较对称的梭形,呈“V”形或“Y”形.CT增强扫描上显示分离的2个宫角,两侧子宫角间距稍大,两侧宫腔于子宫下部相互融合.结论双角子宫畸形的MRI、HSG、CT表现有相似之处,表现为2个分离的宫角,宫腔呈“V”形等.MRI能清楚显示子宫内膜信号.Objective To explore the radiological appearances of the bicornuate uterus,and improve the understanding of the bicornuate uterus imaging features.Methods MRI.hysterosalpingography(HSG)and CT images were retrospectively reviewed in 23 cases with bicornuate uterus diagnosed.Plain MRI scan was performed in 8 cases,plain and enhanced MRI scan was performed in 2 cases,HSG was performed in 11 cases,plain and enhanced CT scan was performed in 2 cases.Results The coronal and transverse position on MRI presented two separate uterine horns,and the high signal of endometrium which was“V”or inverted“Eight”-shaped was fused to the cervix.The HSG images showed two separated uterine horns,a depression at the bottom of the uterus,and the uterine cavity presented two symmetrical spindles,liking V-shaped or Y-shaped.Enhanced CT scan showed two separated uterine horns,with a slightly larger spacing between the two uterine horns,and the two uterine cavities were fused to each other in the lower segment of the uterus.Conclusion MRI,HSG and CT findings of bicornuate uterus are similar,which shows two separate uterine horns and the V-shaped uterine cavity,etc.MRI can clearly show the endometrium signal.
