双氧水联合生理盐水口腔冲洗在正颌外科术后护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究双氧水联合生理盐水口腔冲洗在正颌外科术后护理中的应用价值。方法选择2017年1月至2021年1月本院就诊的100例正颌外科手术患者为此次研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组50例,对照组术后护理中生理盐水口腔冲洗,试验组术后护理中双氧水与生理盐水联合口腔冲洗,比较两组患者的口腔清洁度良好率、口腔创面一期愈合率、并发症发生率和干预前后的舒适度评分。结果试验组的口腔清洁度良好率、口腔创口一期愈合率同为96.00%,对照组的口腔清洁度良好率、口腔创口一期愈合率分别为80.00%、82.00%,试验组口腔清洁度良好率、口腔创口一期愈合率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率为4.00%,对照组的并发症发生率为16.00%,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者的舒适度评分差异不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组舒适度评分均有所上升,其中试验组的上升幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正颌外科术后护理中实施双氧水与生理盐水联合口腔冲洗干预,可促进患者切口更好的愈合,提高口腔清洁度以及患者的舒适度,且可对并发症发生率控制,意义重大。Objective To explore the application value of oral irrigation with hydrogen peroxide combined with normal saline in postoperative care of orthognathic surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with orthognathic surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received oral irrigation with normal saline during postoperative nursing,and the experimental group received oral irrigation with hydrogen peroxide and normal saline during postoperative nursing.The good rate of oral cleanliness of the two groups were compared The primary healing rate of oral wound,the incidence of complications and the comfort score before and after intervention.Results The good rate of oral cleanliness and primary healing rate of oral wound in the experimental group were 96.00%,and the good rate of oral cleanliness and primary healing rate of oral wound in the control group were 80.00%and 82.00%respectively.The good rate of oral cleanliness and primary healing rate of oral wound in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.00%,and that in the control group was 16.00%.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the comfort scores between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the comfort scores of the two groups increased,and the increase in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined oral rinsing intervention with hydrogen peroxide and normal saline in orthognathic surgery can promote better healing of the incision,improve oral
