对比米非司酮与曼月乐用于围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血治疗的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者采用米非司酮和曼月乐治疗的临床效果对比。方法于2018年2月至2019年2月这一期间,随机选取本院收治的102例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,按照数字表法分为两组,对比组患者采用米非司酮治疗,试验组患者采用曼月乐治疗,并对两组患者治疗有效率、月经量、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平以及并发症发生率进行对比。结果试验组患者治疗有效率94.12%(48/51),高于对比组患者的80.39%(41/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者月经量(37.35±4.25)mL与子宫内膜厚度(4.25±0.15)mm明显比对比组(56.63±6.43)mL、(7.16±1.42)mm小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者血红蛋白水平(122.75±11.35)g/L比对比组(98.63±1.75)g/L高,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率1.96%(1/51),与对比组患者的15.69%(8/51)相比较低,差异也十分明显(P<0.05)。结论与米非司酮相比,围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者采用曼月乐治疗效果显著,可有效改善子宫内膜厚度与血红蛋白水平,减少月经量与并发症的出现,安全有效,实为一种理想的临床治疗方式,值得临床进一步广泛推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of mifepristone and Mirena in perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients.Methods During the period from February 2018 to February 2019,102 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine hemorrhage were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups according to the digital table method.The patients in the comparative group were treated with mifepristone.The experimental group used Mirena treatment.The treatment efficiency,menstruation,endometrium thickness,hemoglobin level and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 94.12%(48/51),which was higher than 80.39%(41/51)in the control group(P<0.05);The menstrual volume(37.35±4.25)ml and endometrial thickness(4.25±0.15)mm in the experimental group were significantly smaller than those(56.63±6.43)ml and(7.16±1.42)mm in the control group(P<0.05);The hemoglobin level in the experimental group(122.75±11.35)g/L was higher than that in the control group(98.63±1.75)g/L,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 1.96%(1/51),which was lower than 15.68%(8/51)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with mifepristone,Mirena is effective in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.It can effectively improve the endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level,reduce the amount of menstruation and complications.It is safe and effective.It is actually an ideal clinical treatment,which is worthy of further popularization and application.
