双通道经皮肾镜EMS超声碎石治疗多发肾结石的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨双通道经皮肾镜EMS超声碎石治疗多发肾结石的疗效。方法抽取我院2015年6月至2020年6月期间收治的200例多发肾结石患者为临床研究对象,所有患者均接受经皮肾镜EMS超声碎石,根据术式的不同,将其分为单通道经皮肾镜EMS超声碎石组(对照组)与术中双通道经皮肾镜EMS超声碎石组(观察组),观察组中共35例,对照组中共165例。分析多发肾结石患者的手术治疗时间、手术效果及并发症情况,从而探究双通道经皮肾镜EMS超声碎石治疗多发肾结石的临床疗效。结果观察组平均手术时间长于对照组,碎石成功率及结石排净率均显著高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论双通道经皮肾镜EMS超声碎石治疗多发肾结石效果显著,虽然耗时更长,但能够有效提升碎石清石效率,降低术后并发症风险,值得推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of double channel percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with EMS in the treatment of multiple kidney stones.Methods From June 2015 to June 2020,200 patients with multiple kidney stones were selected as the clinical research objects.All patients were treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy.According to different surgical procedures,they were divided into single-channel percutaneous nephroscope EMS ultrasonic lithotripsy group(control group)and intraoperative dual-channel percutaneous nephroscope EMS ultrasonic lithotripsy group(observation group).There were 35 cases in the observation group.There were 165 cases in the control group.The time,effect and complications of the operation were analyzed,so as to explore the clinical effect of dual channel percutaneous nephroscope EMS ultrasonic lithotripsy in the treatment of multiple kidney stones.Results The average operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the success rate of lithotripsy and the rate of stone removal were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dual channel percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with EMS is effective in the treatment of multiple renal calculi,although it takes longer,it can effectively improve the efficiency of lithotripsy and reduce the risk of postoperative complications,which is worth popularizing.
