探讨低温等离子射频消融双侧慢性扁桃体炎手术患者的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察双侧慢性扁桃体炎手术患者采取低温等离子射频消融治疗与针对性护理措施的临床效果。方法随机将我院2016年3月至2019年4月期间耳鼻喉科收治的84例双侧慢性扁桃体炎患者划分为两组,每组各42例,观察组与对照组分别采取针对性护理与常规护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者,通过数据对比,差异性显著(P<0.05);与对照组患者相比,观察组患者术后愈合时间与手术持续时间较短,通过数据对比,差异明显(P<0.05);对照组患者护理满意度与观察组患者比较,存在差异(P<0.05)。结论对双侧慢性扁桃体炎患者采取针对性护理措施,能够确保治疗效果,因此,值得在临床中推广以及应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation and targeted nursing measures on patients with bilateral chronic tonsillitis.Methods Eighty-four patients with bilateral chronic tonsillitis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The observation group and the control group were given targeted nursing and routine nursing respectively,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the healing time and duration of operation in the observation group were shorter,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the control group and the observation group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing measures for patients with bilateral chronic tonsillitis can ensure the therapeutic effect.Therefore,it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
