经尿道汽化电切联合膀胱灌注化疗治疗腺性膀胱炎的护理体会研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腺性膀胱炎经尿道汽化电切联合膀胱灌注化疗患者选择围手术期护理的临床价值。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月本院98例腺性膀胱炎经尿道汽化电切联合膀胱灌注化疗患者,遵从随机化原则分成两组,对照组(n=50)实施常规护理,试验组(n=48)实施围手术期护理。对比两组患者护理总有效率、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果试验组48例腺性膀胱炎患者护理后的总有效率、满意度均为97.92%,对照组均是70.00%,试验组较对照组高(P<0.05);试验组手术后的并发症发生率仅为4.17%,而对照组是18.00%,试验组较对照组低(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对腺性膀胱炎患者进行经尿道汽化电切手术结合膀胱灌注化疗治疗的过程中,积极运用围手术期护理干预服务,不但可以提高患者对护理工作的满意程度,而且还能大大降低并发症的发生率,临床价值颇高,建议积极推广和使用。Objective To explore the clinical value of perioperative nursing for patients with cystitis glandularis treated with transurethral vaporization electrotomy combined with bladder infusion chemotherapy.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,98 patients with cystitis glandularis combined with transurethral vaporization and bladder infusion chemotherapy were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization.The control group(n=50)received routine care.The experimental group(n=48)implemented perioperative care.The total nursing efficiency,nursing satisfaction,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and satisfaction rate of the 48 patients with cystitis glandularis in the experimental group after nursing were 97.92%,and the control group was 70.00%,which was higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05);complications occurred in the experimental group after surgery the rate was only 4.17%,while that of the control group was 18.00%.The experimental group complications occurred was lower than the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion In the process of transurethral vaporization electrosurgical resection combined with bladder infusion chemotherapy for patients with glandular cystitis,the active use of perioperative nursing intervention services can not only improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing work,but also greatly reduce complications The incidence rate and clinical value are quite high,and it is recommended to actively promote and use.
