心理护理对于改善老年干部糖尿病患者焦虑抑郁情绪的效果

摘　　要：目的针对当前心理护理对于改善老年干部糖尿病患者焦虑抑郁情绪的效果开展深入分析,判断心理护理在临床上对于患者情绪的调控价值。方法选取我院2019年12月至2020年12月收治的老年干部糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,遵从“乱数表法”分配原则,将参与研究的老年干部糖尿病患者分成两组,两组比例1∶1。研究组50例,在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理;对照组50例,给予常规护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,研究组的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年干部糖尿病患者在常规护理基础上行心理护理能够纠正患者的不良情绪,进一步稳定患者的情况,有积极的意义。Objective To conduct an in-depth analysis of the effect of current psychological care on improving the anxiety and depression of elderly cadres with diabetes,and to determine the clinical value of psychological nursing for the control of patients'emotions.Methods The researchers selected 100 elderly cadres with diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 as the research objects.According to the distribution principle of the"random number table",the researchers divided the elderly cadres with diabetes into two groups.The ratio of the two groups is 1﹕1,50 cases in the study group were given psychological nursing on the basis of routine care,50 cases in the reference group were given routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients on the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the routine group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological care for elderly cadres with diabetes based on routine care can correct the patient's bad mood and further stabilize the patient's condition,which is of positive significance.
