摘　　要：目的了解医学院校校园文化建设满意度影响因素,为结构方程在校园文化建设问题中的应用提供参考依据。方法以潍坊医学院的大二、大三、大四学生为主要调查对象,采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法收集资料,共选取1527名学生,应用线性回归方程及机构方程模型分析影响医学院校校园文化建设满意度的主要影响因素。结果医学院校校园硬文化建设直接影响软文化建设(0.907),校园硬文化建设对软文化建设直接影响效应为负面影响(-0.097),综合影响为正面影响(0.824),校园软文化对校园文化建设产生直接正向影响(1.015)。结论医学院校校园文化建设中,校园软文化建设重要性要远远高于校园硬文化建设,师生活动条件、学校发展定位、学校发展氛围、创新成果产出是校园硬文化建设的重要观测指标,校园软文化建设中最重要的观测指标依次为校园形象、办学条件、领导作风、学生学习行为。Objective To understand the factors to influence the satisfaction degree on campus cultural construction in medical colleges, and provide references for the application of structural equation model in campus culture construction. Methods A total of 1527 students were selected from Weifang Medical University with multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method. Linear regression equation and mechanism equation model were used to analyze the main factors to influence the satisfaction degree of campus culture construction in medical colleges. Results Campus hard culture construction has negatively direct influence on the soft culture construction, and positively comprehensive influence on the soft culture construction. And the campus soft culture construction has positively direct influence on campus culture construction. Conclusion In the campus culture construction, soft culture construction is more important than hard culture construction. Conditions of teacher-student activities, school development orientation, school development atmosphere and innovation achievements are the important observation indexes of campus hard cultural construction. And the most important observation indexes in the construction of campus soft culture are ranked as campus image, condition of running schools, leadership style and students’ learning behaviors.
