摘  要:医学伦理教育是医学院校思政教育中可挖掘的特色与亮点。医学伦理教育融入思想政治教育,其价值体现于医学人才基本培养目标、医学生思政教育工作、"健康中国"战略的时代要求等方面。在思政教育"一盘棋"的格局下,部分医学院校仍存在重知轻行、知行分离现象,造成医学伦理教育缺位、实效性不强、创新性欠缺等问题。探寻医学伦理教育与思政教育相融合的实践理路,应从共振育人效应、挖掘育人资源、扩宽育人渠道等方面着手,构建多方联动、点面结合的立体化育人模式。Medical ethics education is the characteristic and highlight of ideological and political education in medical colleges. Integrated into ideological and political education, the value of medical ethics education is reflected in the basic training goal of medical talents, ideological and political education of medical students, and the requirements of "Healthy China" strategy. Under the new pattern of ideological and political education, some medical colleges still pay more attention to knowledge than action, and separate knowledge from action, which results in the absence of medical ethics education, lower effectiveness, lack of innovation and other problems. To explore the practical way of integrating medical ethics education and ideological and political education, it is suggested to start from the aspects of resonant education effect, mining education resources and expanding education channels, and construct the multi-linkage three-dimensional education mode.
