摘　　要：介绍了上海能源用氢的供给现状,副产氢是上海能源用氢供应的雄厚基础,上海在传统化工、能源设施发展过程中积累了丰富的管道资源,可为氢能产业大规模发展新用。提出了立足上海、服务长三角和东部沿海地区,建立以上海为中心的能源用氢调峰基地,建立发展净零排放的可再生能源制氢长期目标,缜密分工、高效协同,形成产业联盟是氢能产业发展的科学模式的建议,达到扎实形成政策链,催生产业链,形成价值链的发展目的。Current situation of hydrogen supply for energy in Shanghai is introduced.Hydrogen byproduct is a solid foundation for hydrogen supply for energy in Shanghai.Shanghai has accumulated rich pipeline resources in the development of traditional chemical industry and energy facilities,which can be used for the large-scale development of hydrogen industry.Based on Shanghai,serving the Yangtze River Delta and the eastern coastal areas,it is proposed to establish a hydrogen peak shaving base for energy with Shanghai as the center and establish a long-term goal of developing net zero emission renewable energy hydrogen production with careful division of labor and efficient coordination.Formation of industrial alliance is the suggestion of the scientific model for development of hydrogen energy industry so as to achieve development goal of solidly forming policy chain,expediting industrial chain and forming value chain.
