摘 要:集中热网系统作为我国集中供暖的主要方式已有数十年,但热网的水力失调问题仍然很常见。水力失调将会直接导致系统的热力失调,造成严重的能源浪费和系统供热效率下降。在节能环保和对供热品质的双重要求下,水力调控的设备和方法已有了很大的进步。分析了设计阶段和运行阶段导致水力失调的原因,介绍了初调节和运行调节的方法,从管网的特性认识、调节设备的优化和水力模型的应用总结了当下的研究进展。As the main way of central heating in China,the central heating network system has been developed for decades,but the hydraulic imbalance of the heating network is still very common.The hydraulic imbalance will directly lead to the thermal imbalance of the system,resulting in serious energy waste and the decline of heating efficiency.Under the dual requirements of energy saving,environmental protection and heating quality,the equipment and methods of hydraulic control have made great progress.This paper first analyzed the causes of hydraulic imbalance in the design stage and operation stage,then briefly introduced the methods of initial regulation and operation regulation,and summarized the current research progress from three aspects:the understanding of pipe network characteristics,the optimization of regulation equipment and the application of hydraulic model.
